The Story Behind My Work
I'm a product and transformation leader, founder, former athlete and speaker who has spent my career navigating growth, change and uncertainty — from building a business from the ground up to creating products and leading transformation inside global organisations.
I've worked across very different environments: building and scaling startups, supporting growing businesses through their next stage of growth, and leading teams through change inside large, complex organisations. Each has taught me something different, but they've also reinforced the same lesson: progress rarely comes with a perfect playbook.
Founding and scaling my own business to 5 million users across 8 countries taught me how to create momentum with limited resources, make decisions without having all the answers and turn ideas into tangible results. Working inside global organisations has taught me how to apply that same entrepreneurial thinking at scale — navigating complexity, bringing people with you and turning strategy into execution.
Those experiences shape how I work today.
